VACUUM DISC FILTER

The BoVac Disc filter for the filtration of large amounts of suspension.

BoVac Disc filters are used in the filtration and dewatering of large quantities of suspension. The enormous filter areas allow large throughputs. The modular design allows the filters to be adapted to different process conditions.

VACUUM DRUM FILTER

BoVac Drum filter – outstanding in filtration, washing and dewatering.

With their innovative, distinctive profile, the BoVac Drum filters are among the most modern and efficient vacuum drum filters. The filters are used in various industrial areas. The exchangeable filter cells allow a change of filter cloth during operation.

VACUUM PAN FILTER

BoVac Pan filter – optimal filter cake washing on horizontal filter area.

The filters for coarse-grained and rapidly sedimenting suspensions with excellent filter hydraulics. Whether high solids throughput, intensive cake washing or low residual moisture – the BoVac Pan filters stand for high performance and reliable operation.

CONTINUOUS PRESSURE FILTRATION WITH DISC FILTERS

BoHiBar Disc filter – for particularly dry solids.

Continuous pressure filtration for challenging applications – such as the filtration of very fine-grained products, large quantities of suspension or the achievement of very low residual moisture. BoHiBar Disc filters are used for demanding challenges or if only little space is available.

CONTINUOUS PRESSURE FILTRATION WITH DRUM FILTERS

BoHiBar Drum filter – for filtration, washing and demoisturing of fine-grained products.

If the products or processes are demanding, BoHiBar Drum filters show their strengths: high specific throughputs, low residual moisture, clean filter cakes. High process pressures and high temperatures are no obstacle. Contaminations can be easily avoided with the BoHiBar Drum filter.

DYNAMIC CROSSFLOW FILTRATION WITH THE MEMBRANE FILTER

BoCross Dynamic filter – high final concentration and clear filtrate.

The performance spectrum of the BoCross Dynamic filter enables microfiltration and ultrafiltration of up to nanoscale suspensions. The shear gap principle leads to almost ideal physical conditions for the separation process and thus, for the concentrating of the suspensions.

DYNAMIC CROSSFLOW FILTRATION WITH THE SIEVE FILTER

BoCross MicroScreen filter – screening under difficult process conditions.

The dynamic sieve filtration allows the separation of disturbing coarse grain or fine grain fractions. Highly viscous and highly concentrated suspensions can be screened at high throughput, sharp cut point and in a closed apparatus. The product losses are very low.

BoFilTest – Quick and easy determination of filtration properties.

Whether at the laboratory or in field applications – BoFilTest is a very versatile test equipment and is used worldwide. The user quickly gets an idea of the process design, the equipment design and the data relevant for compliance with legal regulations.
